Such activities wherein an individual starts and stops or coasts do not alone provide sustained aerobic benefits, but they are ideal complements to cardio workouts especially when it comes to burning calories. For cardio workouts to be consistent, it is best that they are done with pleasure and enjoyment as when exercises are done with fun, one is sure to gain their benefits and effortlessly at that.
