For those who intend to have a botox treatment for a special event, it is best to have it at least 7 days before. This will allow for the full effects of botox to take place and for any bruising to fade away. Generally, botox injections are to be repeated within 3-4 months.
Those who have had botox treatments for 12 months may then only require subsequent treatments every 6 months.
