The Real Score Behind Right Side Back Pain

Many may well be aware that back ache is the one of the most common household, workplace and doctor’s office’s complaints. In fact, everybody may have experienced some sort of back ache at one point or another as there are generally varied categories of back aches. It can either be acute or chronic depending on its intensity and duration, or it can manifest in different areas in the back, like for instance, right side back pain.

Right side back pain is one of the common sorts of back ache, and there are several factors known to be its causes. In most cases, right side back pain manifests due to poor posture, a muscle imbalance, a back injury, extra body weight or improper lifting or bending. When the exact cause is determined and eliminated, the common phenomenon of right side back pain is easily curable, usually within a period of six weeks or so.

On the contrary, one may suffer from recurring right side back pain if the treatment measures taken only mask the symptoms of the back ache rather than addressing the real cause. An appropriate posture generally lends stability to the spine, otherwise one can suffer from right side back pain. Poor posture is regarded as the most common factor leading to right side back pain.

As much as it sounds very basic and elementary, a proper posture can go a long way in providing alleviation and relief from back aches. As much as a majority often takes precautionary measures, injuries are inevitable and such are also common causes of right side back pain. By carrying out proper stretching exercises, back aches which arise from any sort of injury can generally be rectified or their severity alleviated.





Other than stretching exercises to relive right side back pain, one should also engage in proper exercises which promote balance among the body’s different muscles. Muscle imbalances are generally regarded as a major factor leading to right side back pain and it is only essential that one takes measures to prevent such imbalances from occurring.

And of course, improper lifting. By improper lifting, it basically means and incorrect manner of lifting objects from the floor. It is essential that one gains knowledge of proper lifting of objects, regardless of their weight so as to prevent the onset of right side back pain. Lifting excessive weight can also result to right side back pain, so it is best that one does not drastically lift heavy objects.

Obesity as well causes right side back pain as it makes one’s skeletal structure carry so much body weight. In such a case, it is necessary that one takes means for proper weight loss to ease the load on the joints and the spinal structure. Right side back pain is easily preventable and rectifiable when one is conscientious enough to take basic yet essential measures to avoid and alleviate it.

Determining the real precursor of right side back pain is often the best means for treatment as well as taking steps for proper exercise, lifting and posturing.
