These have to do with something within. So one should not be quick in judging. In giving more due to what can immediately be seen by the eyes. The physical is merely superficial. One should take time to see what is within - to look beyond what the eyes can see. It is where
lies. What is within can make the soul happy. What is without is merely for the eyes. What the eyes see are merely on the surface, but what the soul sees is more noble.
