Plaque is the stubborn cement-like substance sticking in the teeth. And it is the foremost source of gum disease and tooth decay.
Other than this, one should also take caution with what they eat. Sugars are to be avoided so one can do away with tooth decay. Improving the quality of food that one eats can greatly be helpful. This when it comes to preventing tooth decay and maintaining overall health.
