Isn’t it a wonder that a beautiful start would end up in a tear dropping situation? Then, Depression begins. A common response to this is to fight back and cope up. Thus ending in Depression still.Here are ways to help people deal with depression. Count Your Blessings. Well this is a self explanatory thing to do.
Because instead of Praising God for the many blessing that still in your surroundings, many people choose to stay in their rooms and weep all day, and get eye sores in the morning. Others start a voracious eating frenzy that after a month of doing so, they become big and fat.

 Bottom line is, they get more and more depressed. But why not try to attack the situation in a different perspective. Try thanking God that you are still alive, and that you can still smell the sweet fragrance of the morning, and that you can still see the brightness of the sun in the morning.
Remake Yourself. Yes, you’ve been in a bad relationship,And to help people deal with depression does not mean that you would also join the march of solitude, that every time you get out, they see a demented ghoul or hermit. Why not transforming yourself into a beautiful swan if you’re a woman, or a proud and strong eagle if you’re a man.
Remake yourself, dress beautifully, Get a make over. Surprise everyone. Add a Talent. Reward yourself something new. Think of something that you don’t posses and study it, until you achieve perfection. This way you gain a sense of Pride. This way you regain your Self-Confidence. For all you know you may be good in dancing-Ballroom Dancing! Exercise! Well, this is in the same vein with gorging in as many foods as you can eat.
That after you realize that you are now a hundred pounds of flab; You become more depressed and would not want to exercise. Well newsflash! It’s time you do! Start the deed and after you get the results you feel Motivated! Empowered! But unknown to your knowledge, you develop Confidence, Healthy Coping and Interaction.
Go Green! As you start to remake yourself, start also to eat healthy! Eat nutritious vegetables. They are rich in fiber that helps in cleaning your body. Give a Compliment! Depression has a reputation of Grumpiness. But why not attack it in a different angle. Give a compliment like, when somebody says that your dad does not know how tactfulness.
You return saying, yes! Your right, but he’s the most thoughtful person I know. Give a compliment, Win a friend. Love Yourself.Yes it's time you do so. When was the last time that you gave yourself a gift, or when was the last time that you gave a break, be it from work or from anything else.
It’s time that you focus your attention to yourself. What is the use of applying lotion to your skin, or eating if you don’t think of yourself? For once think of yourself first. Divert your Attention. Do not focus on the hurt. Instead focus on what you have right now.
If you have a son, focus your love on him.But don't be possessive. You don’t want your son/ daughter to experience trauma.Make them feel that they're being love. Love them, take care of them, look them in the eye and say “Son/ daughter I Love You”. By doing this they would know that they have you who loves them and that they feel secured, LOVED! These are among the few easy to do ways to cope with Depression.
These are easy and simple ways that can be done by all. So break free from Depression. Smell the sweet fragrance of life again, Have a positive outlook, laugh! Interact. Do this and later you will notice a wonderful change in your life. A beautiful change.
