It may be pointless in the long run when one looks trim but is unable to enjoy a quality life due to poor health. The seven day implementation of the cabbage soup diet is recommended with ample amounts of water intake so as to avoid the development of certain health issues.
One the first day of the cabbage soup diet, the plan includes cabbage soup and fruits (without bananas). On the second day of the cabbage soup diet, cabbage soup with vegetables is recommended. On the third day of the cabbage soup diet, the dieter is required to take both fruits and vegetables with cabbage soup.
Fourth day of the cabbage soup diet, cabbage soup with bananas and milk and on the fifth day, it is cabbage soup diet with fish or meat and tomatoes. Day 6 of the cabbage soup diet is intake of cabbage soup and meat and vegetables and on the last day, cabbage soup diet is taken with rice, fruit juice and vegetables.
As much as the cabbage soup diet sounds appealing, it must be taken into consideration that health experts always advocate that weight loss be done with a healthy diet and regular exercise so as to deliver the best health and fitness rewards.
