Such manner of eating will be favorable not only for IBS sufferers but those who aim to lose weight too.
Metabolism will be hastened as well with this eating practice. In the same manner, it is recommended for those suffering from heartburn- it will reduce the symptoms. For a complete IBS treatment plan, one ought to mind what and when they eat. And most of all, they must take time to reduce or eliminate stress.
