Walking can contribute so much when it comes to delivering relaxation. Walking will induce the release of endorphins in the blood stream which stimulates a feeling of happiness and positivity.

And in return, the body would begin to feel more relaxed. A regular exercise program is highly recommended for a thorough IBS treatment plan. It is advisable as well for IBS sufferers to eat several small meals a day. Small but frequent meals seem to be a better option for such people.

Eating large meals is seen to put more stress on the body. Irritable bowel syndrome symptoms in this regard would be aggravated.
