One gets into an exercise routine with the very purpose of keeping fit, staying healthy, burning those unwanted calories and for increased muscles. In all these, fitness gurus and health experts agree that the good way to actually start is with stretching exercises. Stretching exercises sets one off to a good start prior to the rigors of main exercise programs and routine exercise moves.
