Being fit and healthy means that you have more energy and vitality – you are always on the go. You can face stress head on as your body as a system is boosted. Physically, your flexibility and endurance are developed. So you enjoy being dynamic rather than being lethargic. As a result, you become a fully functional and productive person.

People who are fit and healthy often engage in a regular workout program. It means that exercise- regular exercise- is inherent to their lifestyle. This in return provides many benefits. They begin to have quicker and sharper mental faculties. Not only does the body become agile, but the mind, too.
