Monitor models can be manual, electric or battery operated. Many features could be enjoyed especially from the costly ones. There are models which give a signal when a heartbeat is missed. As sale promotion items, accessories like a note pad and a carrying case may go with the monitor. But having a blood pressure monitor in your keeping doesn’t mean that you are completely safe.

Again, it is merely a tool which does the measurement. You as the patient is responsible in managing your condition. Along with a healthy lifestyle, the machine will only cooperate.
