Often times, these involve natural ingredients in the diet as well as common implements in the kitchen. The same can be said with eczema and acne.
Home remedies for such ailments generally include herbs and household ingredients. Raisin and apple juice are some of the considerations of home remedies for constipation. So are oat meal and mulberry. A mixture of honey and lemon juice applied on the joints is one of the natural remedies available for arthritis.
The same can be said with the application of hot tumeric on the joints to relieve the pain of the condition. There are also options of home remedies for anxiety and depression, and contrary to the use of synthetic drugs, they deliver natural and anodyne relief which means that there is no discomfort of side effects or even dependency.
There is basically a vast treasury and an unending list of home remedies for those who believe in Mother Nature’s capacity to treat various ailments and diseases. Natural, although anodyne, can be potent, and home remedies being such cannot be undermined.
