Stress and tension causes a tightening of the cardiovascular system. Proper blood flow is then inhibited, and the blood is restricted from removing wastes and toxins in the body. Reflexology does its work by reducing stress and bringing about relaxation and balance. Better circulation is promoted as well. Energy pathways are relaxed and opened, and the body is revitalized.
