What’s important is that the medications are taken regularly and properly.

That way, hypertension can be controlled and not instigate harm or damage. After all, it is a condition too dangerous to ignore. Having acquired it entails that one should be mindful of their habits and their lifestyle. It can mean that one would be limited or restricted, or that they have to make more effort to be healthy.
