So have at least 6 to 8 glasses a day. It is recommended that you should at least drink a glass after every two hours and don’t wait to drink only when you feel thirsty. Since your constipation is caused by the hardening of your stool, then water will help soften it thus making it easy for your body to expel it.

These two home remedies for constipation will be most effective if you exercise regularly. Exercise helps your system to function properly, especially the functioning of your digestive system. It also helps your body to get rid of toxins and burn those unwanted fats. So make it a habit to exercise regularly.

To sum it all, the key to prevent or treat constipation is for you to maintain a healthy digestive system. You can maintain a healthy digestive system if you eat healthy, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. If you will only follow these home remedies for constipation, you’ll surely find relief and prevent it.
