Artwork involved in art therapy may also be created spontaneously by the patient or upon suggestions made by the therapist. Art therapy is evidently fun and it does not rely on language or verbal skills. Other than that, art does not require any skills or experience in art at all which is why this form of therapy has been effective and beneficial.
