While no single method is guaranteed to work for everyone there are a few truths that will be helpful for anyone who is trying to . Smokers say, smoking is just a bad habit. Fact is, this has only 5% success rate with a greater chance of a comeback which usually is even worse than the initial addiction.



Experts recommend that the more effective way to is by using a combination of counseling and nicotine replacement therapy (such as the nicotine patch, inhaler, gum, or nasal spray). Your health care provider or smoking cessation clinic is the best place to go to for help with quitting. Smokers fear that when they quit smoking it will be expensive. Yet how can you really loose when it is all about better health for a better you. As experts suggest, when trying to quit smoking, get all the help you can get in order to be successful with your plan.

Truth is, to quit smoking is not easy for it takes a whole lot of persistence and determination. You have to really want it so bad in order to succeed. In the advent of new discoveries though comes the wide range of quit smoking products, especially created to lessen the load and stress caused by decision to rid the body of smoking addiction. However these quit smoking products are not “satisfaction-guaranteed” methods. The purpose though is to provide help along the way and to make would-be quitters feel more comfortable and in control in the entire process. Remember - smoking causes a lot of illnesses including cancer, respiratory diseases and cardio vascular diseases.

The dangers of smoking do not end with smokers; second hand smoke also affects non smokers and caused deaths due to lung cancer and heart diseases. Smoking is a strong habit that is hard to stop but it can be stopped and you have to find the best effective way to quit smoking before your health starts to deteriorate. and reap the the rewards in more ways than one.
