Dreams have always been the subject of much inquiry and fascination. Perhaps it is because a person dreaming, once awake, is aware that there must be some sort of message that needs to be discerned in their dream. Such is why many are off on the quest to search for meaning of dreams.

By recording their dreams in a dream journal, one will find over time that they gain a better understanding of the meaning of dreams in the future.
Dreams are like plays or movies that one creates every night, and in most cases, they have a similar structure.
