Getting fit nowadays need not mean strenuous time and effort. Nor it calls for a complete gym work-out with complete fitness equipment. Thanks to yoga and the many yoga positions, anybody can make it work minus the said strenuous time and effort, minus the complete work-out and complete fitness equipment.

Yoga positions involve a lot of stretching, twisting, meditation and proper breathing.
