Dress Thin To Be Thin
Look beautiful naturally without
having to spend a lot of money.
Learn the secrets here.
Start from the inside out to
looking radiant and sexy
************************************************************
Ok so you're working on
getting slim. There's eating
healthy and exercising.
But the thing is you
still need to go out and
socialize with people so
you need to be able to
confidently strut your
stuff while you work
on your body.
And that's where the clothes
come in.
Wearing clothes that flatters
your figure not only make
you feel thinner and thus
more attractive but it also
reinforces your self-esteem
to continue to work in losing
the weight.
The thing is, your choice in
clothing can either enhance
or ruin your shape.
What you want to do is to play
tricks with the eyes with cuts,
colors, and textures.
1. Have Morticia Addams
as your personal stylist?
It's true - black does make
you look thinner.
However, that doesn't mean
you all your clothes should
only be from the private
collection of Morticia
Addams.
The thing is any dark color
will do. If you like blue, wear
dark blue, if red, then dark red.
Basically, just wear the darker
version of your favorite colors.
2. Don't fight bulk with bulk.
Loose clothing is a no no if
you already have the girth.
There is a difference between
loose and comfortable well-cut
clothing.
Loose clothing makes you
look bulkier - something
you don't want to portray.
Comfortable and well cut
clothes makes it look like
you're losing weight, which
is the look that you're
going for.
That being said, please don't
wear tight clothes.
Tight clothes will only
accentuate your bulges.
This is especially true of so
called hip-huger jeans . . .
. . . not when you have a
couple of spare tires around
your middle.
Visions of sausages may not
be politically correct but it is
an apt description.
No, you don't want that look.
Definitely NOT.
3. Work with patterns and
stripes
Vertical stripes makes you
look taller and thinner.
Horizontal stripes makes
you look like the broad
side of a barn.
That being said, you can
play around with stripes
by mixing and matching
them.
You can try having horizontal
stripes in the shoulders and
hips and vertical ones in the
stomach area.
Of course don't have horizontal
stripes if you already have
wide shoulders or hips unless
you want to look low and
squat like a tank.
Again, NOT the look you're
looking for.
And when it comes to
patterns, less is more.
Busy patterns only adds to
your width.
Go with simple ones that
accentuate your body
without going overboard.
4. Make them look
somewhere else.
Trick them into focusing NOT
on your flab.
If you have great hands wear
a bracelet or rings that focus
the attention on them and it
will take attention away from
the rest of you.
Of course it doesn't mean
you wear a ring with a rock
the size of Texas.
Now you're not looking fabulous,
you're just looking ridiculous.
There is a difference.
Being able to go out and
flaunt it while looking good
at the same time can do
wonders to helping you get
the boost you need to actually
lose the weight.
And you need to work on both
your outer and inner beauty
for a complete beauty
package.
Set your inner beauty here.
Be healthy both inside and out.
To your health,
Rose Windale
