Some Ways To Eat To Lose Weight
Being heavy can't be healthy
Why not become lighter while
enjoying it.
See how right here.
Become fit and healthy so
you can be more confident
without torturing yourself.
************************************************************
Your body burns fat to
convert it to the energy
it needs to function.
And you get the fat by eating.
A somewhat vicious cycle
isn't it?
If you don't eat enough
your body will burn your
muscles. Eat a lot and
you get fat.
And please, diets don't
always work.
You may lose weight, but
you'll probably gain all of it
back, and then some.
The real way to lose weight
and keep it off is to make
changes to your eating
habits.
The easiest way is the
simplest one - just eat
less.
You can do this by leaving
some food at your plate
even if it's just a spoonful.
I don't mean for you to just
draw a line in your food and
not eat a part of it.
You can start slow. Start by
leaving a spoonful then work
your way up until you
eventually don't eat
about 1/4 of your
food.
This way you won't be eating
unwanted calories.
When you do get food, get
smaller portions to start with.
This way if you don't like it
you won't waste a lot.
And if you do like it then you
can simply get some more.
And with the smaller portions
you wind up eating slower.
By eating slower you give
your stomach time to tell
your brain that it's already
full.
It typically takes between
15 to 20 minutes for the "full"
signal to go from your
stomach to your brain.
Drink the 6 - 8 glasses of
water that is highly
recommended by
doctors and nutritionists.
Not only does it help hydrate
your body and clean it up
by washing away the toxins
it also helps you feel full
so you have less hunger
pangs.
And speaking of hunger
pangs, if you get hit by
one do take a snack.
By lessening your hunger
you'll also keep yourself
from eating a lot later on
since you won't be as
hungry.
But if you will follow this
route make sure you are
eating healthy snacks
such as fruits or yogurt.
At the same time as eating
healthy why not try moving
more as well.
It doesn't have to be anything
major - a simple brisk walk
in the park or around the
block will do.

You can be fit and healthy
and enjoy getting there.
