That’s right- strong, sexy and a standout with mens fitness. Being attractive is most people’s goal, including men. Men would want to be regarded as virile and strong, an alpha male. Women often swoon at the sight of an alpha male, that’s why it is every man’s dream. Dreaming is one thing, though, and doing is definitely another thing.

So you want to be an alpha male? In that case, do something and work for it. One thing you’ve got to do is to be physically attractive. Chiseled face and jaw, broad shoulders and strong chest, and all in all, a muscled, manly physique. Coupled with this is the suaveness of your attitude and personality, but that’s another story.

Losing weight will be beneficial not only in aesthetic terms, but also health-wise. In aiming for weight loss, keep both health and fitness in mind, not only looking good.

For this endeavor, needed would be a healthy weight loss program. It doesn’t even have to be complicated. The basics still remain- plain and simple. A healthy diet and regular exercise and not a need for too many frills. In shedding off flab and fat, most essential is to be physically active.

You don’t have to perceive exercising as a chore or to force yourself to do it. The best means to be a fit and healthy person is to make physical activity your lifestyle. Acknowledge that a health regimen is a necessity, and you have to welcome it. It means you need to give space (and a whole lot of it) for a health and fitness program in your life.

For physical activity, recommended is cardio training for 20-30 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. This makes up merely about 3% of your time everyday, so it would be an easy incorporation into your routine. Mens fitness also includes body building, or muscle building. You’d need to lift weights for this, but your whole routine would take only about 20 minutes a day.

And you even have to do it alternately, just 3 times a week to allow your body and muscles to rest and recuperate in between. If you find it inconvenient to enroll and go back and forth in a commercial gym, then you can opt for a home gym instead.

And then there’s the final touch of a mens fitness program- face exercises. Exercise and building muscles will give you a manly physique, but not chiseled facial features. Face exercises are those which would give you these results. There are over 50 muscles in the face, and when regularly manipulated the right way, you’d be on your way to a chiseled jawline and enhanced cheekbones.
